A determination for client satisfaction and contractor appreciation has expanded his once humble one man operation into the company it is today. Having both a Bachelors degree in Architecture and a Masters degree in Management has allowed Arthur to continually push his company forward. Arthur is a licensed Architect in both NJ and NY. Erwin BustamanteErwin Bustamante earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture in the Philippines. With more than 18 years experience in the field of Architecture, Erwin covers an extensive range of Residential and Commercial projects from the initial design stage and construction documents to the final field observations. He welcomes the challenge of weaving the creative process, aesthetics, and function into a final design that is appealing, practical, and represents the client's values and priorities. He believes in the philosophy of listening, imagining, and delivering with a main goal that exceeds the client's expectations. Maggie HaMaggie earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Buffalo. Since that time she has gained experience in large commercial as well as residential Architecture. She is easy to work with and has a good ear. Her name is spreading quickly and many new clients have requested her to work on their projects. Vincent MinklerVin has been with the company from the beginning. He worked his way through college as a draftsman while obtaining his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. After graduation he came on staff full time and has developed into a qualified architect. He has an eye for detail and excels at residential additions and alterations, the focus of our company. Vin is the personification of dedication. Tim ChojnowskiTim has been with Arthur J Henn & Associates since 2006. Assisting in various designs and construction drawings, Tim has quickly developed the skills required to become a future Architect. His passion for Architecture is only rivaled by his desire to learn. Fran DayFran Day is an essential part of Arthur J Henn & Associates. Whether its the friendly voice you hear over our phones or the well written letter you recieve in your mail, Fran is the link between our clients and our architects. Handling everything from accounting to zip drives, Fran is the person who keeps our office running. Our ProcessArt is personally involved in each project working closely with the assigned Project Architect and client. Designs are developed with the client on a "one-on-one" approach, combining the owner's tastes, project needs, budgetary and design concerns into a uniform, cohesive solution. Once the project design is in place, we then develop the drawings into a set of construction documents, keeping the client involved throughout the process. These documents are used for bidding, obtaining building permits, and for general construction. We make every effort to work closely with our clients and respect their needs from the initial meeting through the entire construction phase. We measure our success not only by the high quality of the final product but also by the personal satisfaction of our clients. Our HistoryArthur J. Henn and Associates was established in 2000 by Arthur Henn, a graduate of the NJ Institute of Technology's School of Architecture. After receiving his Architectural degree and Masters in Management, Art gained experience in Commercial and Residential architecture and construction. He holds his Architecture license in both New Jersey and New York and is a New Jersey Licensed Building Inspector, a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Today, Arthur J. Henn and Associates is a firm of talented designers with a wide range of experience that has studied with honors in the United States and abroad. Our firm is an innovative, team oriented workplace focused on producing the highest quality product with the goal of exceeding the needs of our clients within the budgets they provide.
